He uses the Bible as a political prop. He fools Evangelicals (and even many Catholics) into believing he is really a Christian and he mocks the Catholic Church. He can’t run a country, yet he thinks he should head a religion, as well. He is simply a cult leader. I’ll take “DEMENTIA” for $200, Alex.

Didn’t ask for it and so, when this back bench Hoosier congressman’s post flashed on my Facebook page…I didn’t just delete it. I reported it as fraud, providing false information. It’s the Gulf of Mexico. Shouldn’t he be working to lower grocery prices?

Keep in your prayers 35-year old Illinois State Trooper Clay Carns who was hit and killed by a pick-up truck as he took debris off I-55 near Channahon last night. 69-year old John Fleet of Wilmington is charged with a felony Scott’s Law violation. Trooper Carns had a wife and two children.

The Illinois Flag Commission has come out with the 10 finalists in the new state flag contest out of nearly 5,000 entries. This is the one I like best. How about you? Here’s a link to the website with the finalists. Public voting begins next month.

Spectacular kick-off to the Christmas season with Old St. Pat’s annual Deck The Hall concert. Even met a couple of women who came in from Philadelphia especially for the event. They watch Sunday Mass on the Old St. Pat’s livestream.

December 7th 1941, a date which will live in infamy. 2,400+ US military & Hawaiian civilians were killed that day. I met 83-year old Hawaiian, Freddie, while golfing in 2009. He was a teen when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor and gave me a rare lesson on what it was like for Honolulu residents!
