Did a 15km training run today, with just 4 weeks to go til the London Landmarks HM. Was a bit of a challenge running by the Exe Estuary but I did it! Any donations to Breast Cancer Now gratefully received.

Had a lovely time in #Cardiff. Weather not ideal for sightseeing but still got plenty done. Another visit needed I think.

Getting quite drunk in town after and then buying all the newspapers at Piccadilly station the next day. Oh and taking a photo of the scoreboard every 2 minutes during the match!

Had a lovely tour of Exeter Cathedral roof and towers today. Lots of lovely views from the top but this was my favourite thing.
