Yes. And it happened frighteningly fast, which is something I hadn't yet seen with PMP oxygenators. The only time I've seen an oxy fail that quickly before was with the old silicone lungs-they could throw a large clot or sheet of fibrin and block the outlet with little or no warning.

Audible alert at -100, servo-regulation at -150. Ostensibly to reduce the risk of cavitation and hemolysis from shear forces. But really it's because we were a roller pump program since '96 and it seemed like a good idea as we transitioned to centrifugal pumps.
