I am born to get nervous easily 😂 The nerves in my brain are way too sensitive that I would faint when there is a trigger that stimulates me🥲

怎麼身體變成了這麼弱⋯
以前真的還能睡覺來躲過晚上的不適
現在強行被身體叫醒說不舒服⋯
一想到我這樣的身體以後還要成為家裡的可靠大人照顧家裡就感到沒有希望，這還是沒工作的身體欸，到了四十歲不是得馬上死翹翹🥲想像外公外婆一樣到了中老年還很健康⋯
以前真的還能睡覺來躲過晚上的不適

特別麻煩的身體⋯沒什麼大病但是就是很多很小的不舒服。晚上腳冷得睡不著，胃又脹氣了很多天睡不著，導致身體也被trigger到不舒服。真的要做運動了嗎⋯orz
