I only check the news (Reuters or BBC) once a day for about 5 minutes. I lift heavy weights. I go for walks with my dog. Connect to friends. Read history and philosophy. Write in my gratitude journal every day. Try to live in alignment with my values and let go of what I can’t control. 🤷🏻‍♀️
