We used this atlas to compare the cellular composition, gene expression, pathway activity, and cell-cell crosstalk between major cell types of healthy and obesogenic diet. We modelled decidualization using different trajectory inference methods and showed subtle disruptions in response to HFHS

We collaborated with our colleagues in the @slobodalab.bsky.social to build a single-cell atlas of the post-implantation mouse uterus in healthy and obesogenic conditions.
