Almost as if its hard to invest in manufacturing when you don't know what the tariff rate on the materials you need changes on a whim, sometimes because a Canadian province ran a tv commercials.

I do, though. We are losing elections because we pick silly fights like this where the overwhelming majority of the country is against us. This is an incredibly silly fight, over tampon's in the boys room.
