No, it doesn't even let me load the game up if she's playing the game at the time. It'll give me a prompt saying someone is using the license and to try later. Once she gets off, I have access again. Sucks for co op, but other than that, we can still share the entire library.

Yep. Just set him as primary and set your online access up. You'll both have full access, even without the virtual game card. You just can't both play the same game at the same time on two different systems.
