Did you mix up OGC and Office of Housing in your HUD table? Or perhaps OPMs number are incorrect.

The shooters car is not the car that stopped to drag her out. The shooters car is parked to the right of her car. He was headed back to it but he changed course when he saw the officers get out of their cars to confront her.

She waived on the first car and then the second but couldn't back up when they refused to drive around because her wife and the ICE shooter was behind her. She was then waiting for her wife to re-enter the car when ICE decided for some unknown reason to try and open her door and drag her out.

It's truly awful and an insult to actual fans. Placing minutes next to points is a crime.
