A little side project, taking some time to generate gene predictions & annotations for the chromosome level coral genomes generated by the @sangerinstitute.bsky.social. So far, they are looking good and RNA-seq reads are aligning beautifully 🤗🤗. Some protein buscos with other avaliable coral genomes
