Catford's problems are legion. Not sure building residential towers is a cure. The dog track development hasn't noticeably changed things for the better.

Portobello owns the Catford Bridge Tavern. But given the dire local pub scene this will dilute its SE6 market share from half to a third. Progress, I suppose?
