Finally finished Ibrahim, a leader for my Khaliman warband (for Alkemy, the game).
Not GD worthy but pretty pleased with him since he's a 28mm scale with imperfect sculpt.

I think you can do something way less demanding:
First step was full airbrush, 2nd step some colors via airbrush too. I you want to be quick is suggest painting TMM now. Then oil wash everything.
Then you can add all the detailing and that's the step where I lose sooo much time
