pair it with prunes and cherry juice to help things move. You want to minimize using your abs as much as possible. And sleep as much as you can. My exhaustion was the hardest part, so communicate with work if you need a break to rest. But otherwise, you’ve got this!! It is so worth it 💪

ofc not! That’s exactly what I did! 3 weeks off, 3 weeks remote. I had a full hysterectomy so eeeverything came out. The day of was the hardest imo but otherwise I 100% highly recommend laying down. All day!!! Let yourself relax. If you’re taking the pain meds,
