The key question concerns the meaning of "support". We can support *some* things the Democratic Party does. But we must also tell everyone the truth--that the Democratic Party is treacherous and will betray us. Most importantly, we need to build around independent class politics and organization.

We need to create an alternative to the political parties of our ruling class.

I think a lot of people heard me--because I had waited until the best moment to speak. A few people turned and began to speak to me, but I could not hear what they were saying.

Free speech in Britain: protesters arrested for the crime of holding forbidden signs. Supposedly this makes the protesters terrorists. The UK government, which helps Israel carry out genocide, is the real terrorist.

I sharpened formulations on page 2 (see below). I removed the sentence that said "silence represents either confusion or cowardice" and replaced it with "We have no need to defend the indefensible." That was the main change. I also added a subhead: "Public forums are a matter of life or death".
