Who is doing good commentary / thinking about the non-tech aspects of AI. Ethics, sustainability, copyright / IP concerns, UX, safety etc?

I'm tiring of the breathless 'wow this is insane' commentary and want to know how to use it without hurting people (or if that's even possible).
