One delay I get, but no more. If there was even a chance of this second delay, then they should have gone ahead last time(especially as it was was predictable it would happen). Now that is too late so they must happen as planned.

The law is passed ane confirmed by SC...it is banned. They would have to pass a new law in effect to unban it. Its only if Trump enforces it or not or just directs to ignore.He cant unban it just like that. Looks like they will be withdrawing anyway at the moment.
