Rental agents and landlords really need to get on the level of understanding that leasing a property should be a straight up business relationship with no strings attached.

Maintain the property, so it’s fit for purpose, and no double dipping.

No kidding! Tiny men don’t like to be challenged to grow by staff.

They’re not emotionally intelligent enough to accept any form of feedback, especially from a “subordinate”.

Renters need to stop disclosing if they have pets. Imagine if they had to disclose they had children! It’s an unacceptable ask.
