That's more or less what I was referring to, and Bernie seemed to think the same but now it appears the House will be back this week to vote. Also the agreement is weaker that it looked to me at first glance, I have reconsidered my support of it.

Maybe, but I wouldn't bet on it. This seems to have been negotiated in the Senate without Trump. The House is on recess during a national crisis, so I would not trust he will return promptly for this.

Maybe. maybe not. We do get SNAP for a year. I am not prepared to argue this to the last because I am not sure I am right, but there also might be a bigger plan. If Bernie is right, this would go a long way to getting the dems off the hook. I could be way off on this take

Maybe. maybe not. We do get SNAP for a year. I am not prepared to argue this to the last because I am not sure I am right, but there also might be a bigger plan. If Bernie is right, this would go a long way to getting the dems off the hook. I could be way off on this take
