Criminal barrister. Theatre and Theme Park obsessive.
I absolutely love wearing a wig in court - it’s like putting on a costume and gives me real, physical separation from some of the more troubling and difficult work I have to do - but completely agree that where it is uncomfortable to wear for religious or racial reasons they should not be mandatory.

With every interaction we have, I think less of you.

I was in the Louvre, two rooms away, during the robbery. Some staff were magnificently trained; others in a complete panic.

I’m not getting that error on my device - but that’s not to say it’s guaranteed safe if there is an issue.

This is one of the most relatable posts I have ever seen and it should be printed on bill boards.

Completely agreed. The movie was dire for *exactly* that reason. Susan Stroman basically just put the camera on stage. It lost a great deal in the (quasi) translation. Her stage direction was incredible though - haven’t seen the new production and you have convinced me to do so.

If you read for a further, ooh, 15 seconds that same article gives you the answer.

And yes, many MG5s written by actual humans aren’t much better but at least in those situations there’s an accountable human to complain about who can be trained/disciplined/fired. No way will police take accountability for AI errors unless forced to do so.

Not a breach, but given the way the average Mags Court prosecutor treats MG5s as if they’re carved on golden tablets sent by God, and First Apps often don’t have much evidence served we may see bail decisions impacted by dodgy AI mistakes. It shouldn’t be happening.

Oh dear. Worth reporting to the OIC’s superiors I think. Needs to be stopped before it gets a foothold.

I have written to them about this more than once. They acknowledged that it is not correct but stated it is their house style and they’re not going to change it.

Famously normal entirely balanced men.

I have no idea how tall Jason is. I do know that you are sub-Bercow.

So many stones. So many glass walls.

I would guess that significantly fewer than 25% of the hotels I’ve *ever* stayed in have a plug socket within reach of the bed. Fewer than 5% have a socket on both sides. Two reachable plugs AND a kettle that fits under the tap: never happened.

Ah, fair enough! I will watch with rapt anticipation. Hope you’re very well.

I’ve found the explanation. Took a few moments of digging I should have carried out before commenting. The holding filing was pro se. The full detailed complaint is with counsel. So nothing to see here.

There may be some American legal nicety I am completely oblivious about but it seems absolutely extraordinary to me with my English law hat on that he has filed Pro Se, representing himself.

The invasion of privacy and identification appears initially to have occurred on TikTok when people got excited about the video. It then spiralled completely out of control so official organisations began to comment.
