Fascinating research by the Work Foundation on remote and hybrid work’s impact for disabled workers - the key is getting employers to advertise as many roles this way as possible
Homeworking had a positive impact on 80% of those in fully remote roles, allowing them to manage their health. It reduces to 38% for people working remotely less than 50% of the time, suggesting the benefits decline if people are expected to work onsite very regularly. (6/10)

Government will soon outline how it intends to support those out of work due to ill health into employment.

New research from @irhws.bsky.social suggests access to remote & hybrid work will be key, with 85% of disabled workers reporting it is essential or very important when looking for a new job.
