It’s easy to make stuff up when you have no chance of ever practicing what you preach.

A colleague from North Macedonia told me that his parents and grandparents pray for a government to deport him and his wife because many of the places where they grew up have been left with no youth because of migration.

It’s not all about us and our views and needs.

This is good for the countries which these people come from because they have families and extended families back there.

There are countries where they have been emptied of their young people and their parents back home wish for someone like Faridge to get in power, so they can have their kids back

I don’t think they’re stripping anyone of their belongings, short of a car or home or something like that.

Also, the proposal as I understand it is that at the point at which they grant asylum, they will tell people that they expect them to go back home, once the situation has settled.

Agreed!

Considering that most of the media is owned by that wrinkly old ball bag, I’m not surprised that it doesn’t get reported.

Respectfully, we’re going to have to agree to disagree on this one.
November 23, 2025 at 8:22 PM
Correct!

“Rachel from accounts” is evidence enough.

I disagree, the screws were missing completely when BoJo let in nearly a million people in one calendar year a few years ago

I’m not against immigration, all I’m saying is that a large majority in this country and others around Europe are. The stats and election results of the last decade don’t lie
November 23, 2025 at 8:13 PM
It really is not. Controlling who comes in and out of a country is one of the first duties of any government, otherwise, we might as well remove the names of the countries from the maps.

There’s plenty of good immigration happening everyday and will/should continue to do so.

Someone needs to make a note of this because this Labour government isn’t doing anything, anywhere, apparently!
November 23, 2025 at 6:46 PM
No need to be Colombo to figure this one out!
November 23, 2025 at 6:42 PM
Not sure how you get anything done! 🤣

Immigration is causing real division in our communities and families, including mine. This is an issue that will not go away, hence why it needs addressing properly.

I would rather anyone on the centre/centre left dealt with it, rather than find out from Reform.
November 23, 2025 at 6:15 PM
I don’t have to convince you of anything because I assume you’re a grown up to make your own mind up

A proper government has to govern for all its citizens regardless of their leaning. Immigration is a huge issue for most voters in the centre/centre right. To ignore this is to usher Reform to power
November 23, 2025 at 6:12 PM
Labour are the right? Honestly, don’t throw such nonsense around because all you are doing is empowering the actual right with this sort of discourse.

I like Zack and I would vote for the Greens if it meant keeping out Reform but the rest is pie in the sky, a bit like Reform.
