yeah it’s really tricky, had a chat with my solicitor and they’ve relayed things in a diplomatic way to the other side but they’re adamant they won’t contribute. I don’t want to torpedo the sale and ultimately I think they know that, so not sure what I would achieve by complaining to the agent
