I cajoled myself through every stage from meat-eater to vegetarian to vegan. I loved the taste of meat, I miss the meat in my meals BUT I'm vegan for 7 years and will never go back because there's no way to eat meat and dairy in a kind and conscientious attitude towards animals. It's not possible. 🥬
