So I have a bag of garlic 🧄 and shallots. Yesterday I saw this huge thing of jarlic for like $6.50 and here it is. I’ve got a couple problems… worrying that there will never be garlic again and my mom and grandma are looking down on me and wondering what I have done 🤷🏼♀️🍽️

The easiest app ever. The phyllo shells are the best. The last of the baby plums and basil from my garden . Fresh mozzarella,balsamic, onion and garlic. Bake and balsamic glaze 🍽️

Been sick. Finally got some energy back. Made a new recipe for sour dough sandwich bread… never heard of tangzhong ( milk and water heated till it’s a paste) we’ll see🤷🏼♀️. used up some apples and made a Lithuanian apple cake my husband asked for 🍎🍞🍽️

Gonna start shaping 2 loaves of sourdough 🍞. Prepped the ingredients last night and started it at 4 this morning. I blame one thing for this insomnia.. yes I get bread but I’d rather get sleep like I did from 2020-24…. Oh and prior too 2016 and those 💩years. End of rant.. ✨

Costco trip over. If your Costco has these Nightingale Ice Cream sandwiches… buy them. They’re made here in Richmond. I’ve had every flavor and omg are they the best!!! I’m not even a huge ice cream fan 🤷🏼♀️✨

Please disregard the debris at the bottom of the pool… we had a storm last night. Also it’s hot here. So I finally got outside to just empty the skimmer and throw in the cleaner and found this turtle… Seriously 😐 😫🥵.
