PayPal is doing this to sus out artist who create NSFW content like me and other folks in the server. By giving them feedback, you are not only putting artists like me at risk of being banned from the site, but also YOUR OWN account.

My guess for the changes are (in this order):
They didn't want to date the books by implying the family's older model was a black-and-white TV.
The TV antenna was already installed when they moved in.
TV specials are more associated with holidays while TV show premieres are more general.
