I’m curious what will happen to the financial market (stock, USD, EUR, etc.) and therefore - directly connected - the housing market. Crypto remains a pump & dump scam.

They’re loud, and often have the support from the media to make their voices appear reflecting the popular opinion. Something seriously wrong and many similarities between the USA, Germany/Europe and elsewhere.

I usually like your posts but here you also seem ignorant. Plenty of so-called “third world places“ don’t have to hide behind NYC and alike. Both statements are wrong and look ridiculous.

It would be great if Bangkok would be more bicycle-friendly and walkable but Soi 39 is one of the worst places to start with. I'm living on 39 and you're right. Also, I was wondering about this installation 2 days ago which is now explained.
