Really every politician is a liar, they all use sweet words that everyone wants to hear to get into power. Sometimes they follow through, sometimes they don't. Either way, the world will go on. Everything will turn out the way it was meant to, and everything will be okay.

It's hard enough just to *live*, I cannot intake anything more than just my job and taking care of myself. I hardly even manage to take care of myself. I believe in the rights of all people, and it's terrible to see things going wrong with it. But I mentally cannot handle consuming any of it.

I'm leaving social media entirely for a long while because all I see is negativity and sadness. I understand how upsetting the election was, but I cannot bring myself to extend any sort of mental capacity towards politics or any talk about it because of how bad of a state I am in.
