This is being researched in melanoma. It’s a mystery why 50% respond to immunotherapy and 50% fail. There’s a difference in gut microbiome & if a poo sample from a responder is moved into a non responder (a fecal matter transplant!) & re-administer immunotherapy- it works for a % of those it failed

Is that etymologically similar to “every” , “day”, “like”?

I was really frustrated with him today.

It breaks down so often when it gets to him.

100 million young people were saved from an early death by vaccines in the 20th century. An undeniable, demonstrable fact.

Denying the science behind it and attempting to turn back the clock on this from a position of power is genocidal.

History will compare RFK to Mengele

Looking in from the outside, the core problem was choosing a misogynistic rapist and convicted fraudster to lead your country and somehow thinking it would be ok.

Why are the legacy media not interviewing the victims and then believing them?

Humans AND children AND women…sounds really serious

This has made me giggle

I used to be quite fond of the USA when I was younger, been to Florida, South Carolina, Vegas, California on separate trips. Have absolutely zero interest in going there ever again. I’m sure these Nazi bastards are delighted to hear that so the feeling is entirely mutual

It’s not fine though, the system is broken and you’re getting mixed up. In the real world, loads of folk are saying they can’t get up stairs, prepare meals etc, getting UC ESA & housing & and PIP & then working cash-in-hand @£100 a day. They’re on £50k a year net & paying no tax gaming the system

Definitely massaging of the figures going on.

But there is a point in there that disability is on the up.

I know personally 4 or 5 different decorators, aged 50+ got nackered knees etc from hard graft. All on PIP working full time @£100 a day cash in hand and claiming PIP.

No one rational wants people pushed into poverty. Nevertheless, if it’s right what she said that comparable economies have stable or falling welfare bills and ours is doubling to £100b by 2030, then we’ve got a real problem. Similar if there are a million young people NEET.

Thanks for the reply. A lot then but not £2500. I’m going to have a read of it tomorrow to try and understand what these “perverse incentives” are that the current system creates to stay on benefits and how these reforms will supposedly tackle them

How much of this is offset by the increase in the standard rate I thought she mentioned in her speech?

This is such a US-centric view.

Only 4% of the global population are American.

This should say,

“throw it all away…for Americans.”

My wife had an mRNA vaccine with immunotherapy to reduce her chances of melanoma recurrence.

Free at the point of access under the NHS thank you very much.

I’ve only just calmed down. Can see why the ref gave it but so frustrating after the Wouter sitter

I think we’ve weirdly got 3 things in common. Stoke fans. I’m also a Ben. And born in 1981.

Finding it hard to muster and confidence. Playing ok and conceding last minute winners two Saturdays on the trot stinks of relegation
