I went to Kiehl's a few years ago and they are regularly in my rotation. A bit pricey but they have an app that makes recommendations and they have samples in-store for you to test their stuff out :)

update: I walked 30 mins for some salt and pepper chips. I'm satiated for now

Personal growth isn't always a big number, a new skill or a new job title. Sometimes it's being able to leave the house.

Feeling safe around these people has allowed me to say yes to more events and networking opportunities. Each one of these is an event I would have previously said no to or avoided attending due to my anxiety.

I get quite anxious and agitated in very busy environments and it cost me years of opportunities, events and sometimes even work.

I'm very fortunate to work in the charity sector and have peers who are really understanding of this and allowed me to grow in confidence over the past few years.

Apart from being a gross amount of plastic (Thanks people who alerted me to the fact you can request passes without lanyards!) it represents personal growth.

I suffer from social anxiety disorder and it's been a huge problem for me most of my life.
