NRPC hosted their 40th Annual Forum tonight, highlighting current housing development dynamics. It was great to be with former NH House colleagues, and Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander, as we discussed the numbers behind NH's housing shortage and how badly we need to turn them around.

Can't wait to see the bill text on this LSR. From the party that ran on eliminating state revenue, and "the other guys want to tax the hell out of you," we get an increase in property taxes.
This is from NHGOP leadership, so we have to hope that an increase in base adequacy is real.
