One funny thing was the stream of texts from the new provider because they assumed the old provider would not shut us off instantly. I never got those texts until I called the new place's support and they manually provisioned the lines. Strange how they didn't use email at a time like this.

I think I'm the 3000th response but it sounds like you've got something in your gut telling you that you're overengineering it. I'd get something base+1 that's easily extensible. Excited for you to onboard a NAS it's a great feeling.
