Changing the way the world treats their customers by setting the example.
Just because you're good at your job doesn't mean you'll be good at running the whole business.

The solution? Pay people to do what you're not good at.

But you need to be a good operator for the general business practices, especially sales and financial management.

If something's working for you, don't try and change it.

Instead, ADD to it.

Never let up. 💪

In order to have GREAT customer service, you first need GREAT pre-sale service.

First impressions matter!

Customers are PEOPLE. And PEOPLE deserve to be treated with the utmost respect.

If your customer service isn't top-notch, you aren't doing this.

Thought exercise: how would you provide service to your own family, if they bought from you?

Do the same for your customers! 😊😊

Customer service is all about the long-term relationships.

If you have a really good product/service, you should WANT your customers to use it for the long term.

TRUE customer service starts with the CUSTOMER.

And ENDS with the customer.

Put their needs first, and you'll have more loyal customers. 😉😁

I've realized that 99% of the news has no bearing on me or my success.

Most of the news is useful only to people who are interested in investing in specific outside companies, or to people who just like being afraid of stuff.

Stay positive, put ya head down (below the news), and hustle!

Treating people right at work starts in the home; you can't deliver AMAZING customer service in one arena without doing so in the other.

Growing your skills is the best thing you can do for EVERY aspect of your life.📈

TOP-LEVEL customer service starts with your MINDSET: 🧠

Are you in your relationships for just a few days/months/years?

Or are you in them for the long-run? 📈

Once you view your customers as 10+ year relationships it'll enable you to do things for them that'll WOW them. 😉😁🤘🤘
