We use a skewer to hang veggies in the cage- they are such tiny, we use our scraps from the cutting board- the tops of sweet peppers, apple peel, a bit of broccoli- food that would have gone into compost.

We adopted a lost parakeet we found a few years ago and it has been a really chill, easy to manage pet with a lot of joyful personality. The initial cage and feeding dishes took some money but the food is cheap. Vets always $$$ tho.

if two eggs and 1/3 cup of rice is a luxury breakfast what is a normal breakfast? I do oatmeal with an apple 1/2 date, almond butter, and raisins.

If making the font smaller doesn’t help the real trick is to reduce the letter spacing. See now it’s 112 and 1/2 pages.

Plus one to Max Miller’s Tasting History. I enjoy a lot of his videos- garum was a lot of fun, as was “school lunch cheese pizza” if you grew up in US public school. Almost all of them have a entertaining little history story in them.

Ah yeah! It's been so fun doing this project with you over the past year. I can't wait to share more with folks:-)

I never actually finished the mainline CP2077, but Phantom Liberty was head and shoulders above anything else in the main game. I get where you are coming from though, it’s rough having to step back narratively and throw in a bunch of new chapters to the story.

Bless you Mynah. Always my favorite.

it took them 30 minutes to understand lorem ipsum, or you had 30 minutes of thoughts on lorem ipsum?

if it wasn’t so frightening and irrational and shortsighted it might be really funny: the guy selling flowers at the interstate exit is a threat to national security? Grow up.

how do you do this in 10 minutes. Have you considered becoming less powerful.

I just watched Ballad of Buster Scruggs and really enjoyed “Meal Ticket” and “The Gal Who Got Rattled.” Would love to try RDR2 someday, but I’m soooo hesitant to pick up another sprawling open epic.

Make one of those cups decaf, skip US news and replace it with elephant videos from The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust on Insta.

It can feel really strange to do special editions with alternate covers, signed, or numbered works, or bundling older, PDFs & print projects, but it might help raise just a little more money the next time you do a fundraiser.

I think you have a *splendid* back catalogue of work. Bundling some of your back catalogue in a higher priced backer option can be a great way to raise a little more funds without feeling like you’re taking away from the folks (like me) who might only be able to purchase the basic booklet.

Who's making this splendid ominous
art?!
October 14, 2025 at 4:42 PM
I used stickerapp and chose their vinyl glossy sticker sheet option. The website's layout tool was really simple to use- I just dragged my PNG's right into it. Choosing a sheet the same size as the booklet helped simplify
fulfillment. I'm glad it looks good!

I threw most of mine away in the last move and died a little inside, so that’s always an option.

Buddy they are blowing right through you like a tattered screen door. I’ve seen them in the sky over my neighborhood and watched them disappear my neighbors. They’ve come and taken and you’re not stopping them.
