City x Sleep Token is tough

Yeah. I think since they don’t do much with anime anymore they could for sure do deep dives into the different archetypes. Would 100% watch

On the flip side, MTG is awesome. Very easy to learn, Arena is awesome, 10 shops in my city have 4-5 days of stuff going on, pick your format they have it. No real notes other than I’m not a fan of set rotation but that’s the least of it

Not to mention the learning curve is insane so no chance of even converting my existing friends into nerds lol

There’s just not a casual scene if that makes sense. Like I want to be able to shoot the shit, have a beer, and play a sub par deck like Six Sam or Noble Knights lol

Even if I did drive across town for a locals, my options are play a meta deck (expensive and not a lot of variety) or play Goat or Edison formats and not play the cards I like from like 2016-on.

My only gripe (well a few) is that there is nowhere to play yugioh casually. I mean like it’s either drive across town to enter a locals tournament (haven’t been but the drive and implication of competitive yugioh puts me off) or play Master Duel which isn’t my thing necessarily
