Down 5kg recently without even really trying, just cut sugar out of my diet. Hoping to be down another 5kg at least by the time the naked season is upon us

Next year I'm determined to make the most of life and the naturist way of living. I'm going to try and spend more time in nature and at beaches etc and hopefully find some friends along the way !
