Today’s run along the Eastern Trail was slow and painful, but it was a beautiful day to be out there nonetheless.

Local ice rink. Staffed and maintained by volunteers. Great thing to have in the neighborhood!

Glad I got out in our winter wonderland the other day. The weather immediately turned back to rain and washed it all away.
