Mit Jason Stanley und Tim Snyder verlassen zwei wichtige Forscher zu Faschismus und Autoritarismus die USA für Kanada. Sie wissen, was kommt. Auch @brynntannehill.bsky.social, die schon vor Jahren vor dem warnte, was jetzt geschieht, geht nach Kanada ins Exil. Lest ihr Buch „American Fascism“.
This is like watching all the animals fleeing inland right before a tsunami. They know what's coming. So did Einstein in 1932 when he left.

Doctors Stanley and Snyder are two of the top experts on authoritarianism, and have called it quits.

I'll be joining them in Canada this summer.
This speaks volumes:

Yale professors, Timothy Snyder, a historian of totalitarianism and the author of "On Tyranny," and Jason Stanley, a philosopher and the author of "How Fascism Works", move to Canada.
