Training can be somewhat painful. Muscles should be sore and body can be achy sometimes. The harder you push, the more likely serious injuries can happen, so make sure to understand the difference between training pains vs actual injury!

Hello! Pain doesn't neccessarily mean injury to the exact spot. Pain can radiate and refer from different places, and can be influenced by stress, pain tolerance levels, medications, etc. Always good to ask a medical professional for whats causing your pain!

Hello! The most simple way to reduce thinking is to reduce time in between each rep/set. Every minute on the minute on snatch or clean and jerk until a heavy % is a classic way!
