I'm pondering what's achievable, cost prohibitive wise and where I can get a game, or tutorial. Also not a huge fan of the new marine vehicles aesthetic wise.

So are infernus marines those with sort of hybrid bolter, flamer weapons? If so can they be put into tactical squads? Actually do tactical squads even exist still?
