Thankfully I was able to explain it was their confusing portal with different routes to login, and they were able to find my forms eventually. Now I'm just waiting for an appointment, but no idea how long that will take. I'm really itching to see if the meds will help, you'll have to keep us posted!

Ugh, tell me about it. I finally got around to sorting it out, filled out all the forms in the online portal etc, then got a reply to an old email I'd sent asking about time scales (prior to the form filling), to which they replied I still needed to fill out my forms before being able to proceed...

I'm seriously considering finding out if I have it (pretty sure I do), just not looking forward to the waiting times. If the meds could help me be even a little more focused and productive, that'd be awesome lol
