The thing people seem to keep missing is that the Bengals don't have to accept any trade offer Trey comes back with. They can play hardball and if the draft comes and goes without an offer they like Trey basically has to come back to the table. Not ideal but it's hardly a guarantee that he's gone.

No, he should not be fired. I wonder if some of the critics of his even watch other coaches around the NFL. Hell, the opposing coaches in the last two games made bigger gaffes than Zac did.
