It's easy to write off everyone who voted for Trump as a bad person. It's harder to come to grips with the fact that sometimes mostly-good people support and defend awful people. Most of my family is conservative. I don't think they're evil. They're being taken advantage of and lied to.

Not everyone who voted for Trump is a fascist. A lot of them are just stuck in conservative media bubbles and aren't exposed to Trump's bullshit. Or if it does break through, there's plenty of "But the democrats are baby-killing commies" coming from their social circles to counteract.

There have already been numerous lawsuits filed. The order was released at 10 PM on a Monday and there were suits filed by like noon on Tuesday. How much faster do you expect them to go?

Congress is currently controlled by Republicans. There is almost nothing trump could do that would convince them to impeach him.

“Unhoused”, because “homeless” is starting to take on negative connotations like “bum” had. That’s not to say we *should * be calling people bums. But policing the words people use will always run into this challenge. Best to focus on only the most egregious ones, like n-word, f*g, etc.

It’s up the courts to uphold existing law and overturn the order. The only thing Congress can do is impeach, which they’re obviously not going to do.

What, specifically, did you want him to do without a filibuster-proof majority that would have even a snowball’s chance in hell of surviving SCOTUS. His administration did a number of things for transgender people, and most of them are tied up in court. What isn’t will quickly be undone by trump

No I fully believe life in Florida sucks for transgender people. They should strongly consider leaving and going somewhere else. But I’m not sure what specifically Biden or congressional democrats could do about it, given their slim majority, other than the executive orders he made.
