More elaboration: This is confusing because a lot of LLM chatbots will "call out" to the models in question. So ChatGPT realizes you want an image generated and calls other models to do it.

One key thing to note here that the chart doesn't make clear-- LLMs are not the models making music, visual art, and videos. That's a different class of models.
