The Australian government has announced it will impose a 10% local content quota on video streamers operating in Australia. It will apply to services with more than 1 million local subscribers. The bill will be introduced to Parliament this week.

More jaw-dropping evidence today from former ABC Content boss Chris Oliver-Taylor. Apparently Nick Leys asked him an email exactly what policy Antoinette Lattouf had breached. Oliver-Taylor didn't email back. He still doesn't seem to be too clear on what she actually did wrong, even today.
