One day wont matter. I dont know how people thinks a one no spend day is going to change anything. Cut ties immediately. Go as long as you can without spending money at big companies.

Shit I'm gonna boo if I hear our national anthem too, this country isnt anything to be proud of right now and if anyone thinks otherwise they are the problem.

All of these no spend days or weeks dont make any sense to me. Cut all ties immediately for as long as possible. Find replacements. Go to farmers markets. Look at local csa's. Find good companies to support for your needs. One week wont matter in a years time. But months will.
