Absolutely abhorent actions of the congress to undermine and lessen the judicial branches ability to do its job, (which is what theyve been doing) shoot down laws that directly oppose the constitution of this country. Checks and balances are being ravaged

They've already frozen all litigation current, pending and future for the civil rights division, that's their first step to "repeal the sixties"
The fact the republicans and their mouthpieces are now saying “to go back to the fifties we have to repeal the sixties” only means one thing.
