Funniest moment of my day was when my phone call with an uncle was interrupted by the sound of the doorbell ringing. I said it was a ‘big fan’, and he thought one of my admirers from the FPL community had arrived at my house 😆

I cook it on a heavy baking steel with a le creuset pan trapping the steam
The last improvement I made was to score the bread after it’s been in the oven for 7 mins

I found examples of me being hyper sensitive to sounds and light but couldn’t think of an example of me reacting to smells…

I think it’s made an improvement
One of them is probably the best loaf I’ve ever made since I started 5 months ago, one is too flat and one is alright.
