Also suggested the State needs to treat First Nations as a sovereign entity in their negotiations over parks rather than just another ‘stakeholder’ with an interest in lands and waters

Ah thank you, it’s been some time in the making! Agree on the need for reflexivity right now. Lots of implications as nature markets ramp up. Would love to have a chat at some point!
