Aircraft will have received some increase in dose rates today. Initial results from model runs and airborne data from the UK is being analysed at the moment

This triggered a significant GLE with ground monitors seeing 70% increase. Airborne monitors are still indicating a moderate radiation environment for aircraft

I've found it also keeps putting alternative route timings all over the route you are already on.

I would say use Waze, but they do have a partnership with Google

Daily Mail, well written article? That almost never happens to the Daily Fail...

The Mail is a notorious publisher here in the UK for sensationalism and deliberate factual inaccuracies - especially to benefit right wing ideology
