Human Duchenne Muscle Stem Cells do indeed undergo myogenesis when they are myogenic, but they loose their myogenic nature faster than cells from normal muscle. Epigenetic driven. Happy to share our last study in collaboration with Jeff Dilworth in www.cell.com/iscience/ful...
